Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Rock Reef Resort Key Largo. Below are hotel policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our hotel guests, by reading and clicking “I agree with the terms and conditions of Rock Reef Resort” and/or signing your hotel registration card at check-in, you agree to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.

Booking and Cancellation Policies:

A one (1) night stay + taxes and fees (non refundable) is charged at the moment of booking. The remaining amount due is charged upon check in.

If cancelled within fourteen (14) days of arrival or in case of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the amount due corresponding to the full length of stay.

Offers, Specials and Packages

Any Offer, Special, or Package is subject to availability and may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Offer is not applicable for groups. All taxes apply.

Check-In: 4pm

Check-in is at 4pm. Please present your ID card, passport or temporary residence card upon check-in.

Check-Out: 11am

Check-out is at 11am. If you require a later check-out, please contact the front office before 10am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.

No Pet Policy

Any evidence of pet(s) on hotel property or in a guest’s room will result in a $150 cleaning fee per day charged to the guest account. Any guest found with pet(s) in their room will be asked to leave the property immediately. “Service animals” are allowed with proper documentation.

Smoking Policy

There are smoking areas outside of the buildings. A $500 per room – cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the rooms.

Internet Access

Please note standard internet service is complimentary with room purchase and suitable for emailing and social networking. Please note that guest room Wi-Fi is not meant for streaming large media files, watching movies or gaming.

Complaint/Damages Policy

If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas of the resort, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered upon check-in.

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of $200 to cover incidentals and / or damages. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged (we reserve the right to charge the debit / credit card for the full amount of the incidental / damage incurred). Authorized amounts may take up to 7 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and Rock Reef Resort will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Parking

Please be advised that due to limited parking, only 1 vehicle is allowed per room. Non-registered guests will not be permitted (Either day or overnight) There is no parking or driving allowed on the pier.This area is for launching boats only. Upon arrival you will be issued a parking pass to place inside your car. 

Boat / trailer parking : 
If you are bringing a boat/trailer you will be instructed upon check-in where to launch and park. We do not allow any jet skis and the boat must be under 21 feet – $25 + Tax per day. All trailers must be unhitched from the vehicle. Trailers to be parked near boat ramps. We are not a marine, we don’t provide water or electricity at the boat slips. During your stay at Rock Reef Resort we are not responsible for any thief or damages to your boat or trailer. Launching and parking your boat is at your own risk. 

Fishing

Fishing is not allowed on premises.
